Refund Policy for Localised SEO

At Localised SEO, we take pride in providing high-quality Local SEO and website design services. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for services provided.

1. No Refunds

• Upfront Fees: All upfront fees are non-refundable as they cover the initial setup, research, and project work.
• Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for the current billing cycle are final and non-refundable once services have commenced.

2. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services.
• If a duplicate payment or billing error occurs.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us at casey@localisedseo.com within 7 days of the issue. Include your order details and a clear explanation of the problem.
