These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Localised SEO’s services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Services Provided

  • We provide Local SEO services and website design work tailored to the client’s business needs.
  • Clients can choose from our three-tier pricing plans, each with varying levels of service.

2. Payments

  • An upfront fee is required at signup.
  • Monthly subscription payments must be made on time to avoid service interruptions.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary access credentials and information for us to perform our services.
  • Maintain active communication throughout the project timeline.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Upfront fees and payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not received within 7 days of the due date.
  • The client violates our policies, including interfering with delivered work.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Completed work (websites, SEO content) becomes the property of the client after full payment.
  • Until payment is completed, all work remains the property of Localised SEO.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Localised SEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
