At Localised SEO, we provide professional Local SEO and website design services through subscription-based plans with three-tier pricing. We work directly on your website and improve its organic visibility. To keep you informed, we provide regular updates on our platform, via email, and on Facebook. This Account Usage Policy outlines the rules and responsibilities for using our services. By subscribing, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Service Access and Usage

  • Non-Transferable Services: Services provided under your chosen subscription plan are exclusive to you and your business. These services cannot be transferred, shared, or resold to others without our written consent.
  • Service Scope: Localised SEO works directly on your website and focuses on improving organic visibility. Services include on-page SEO, content updates, optimization, and ongoing maintenance as outlined in your plan.
  • Communication Channels: Clients will receive updates through:
    • Our Platform: Updates on service progress and performance metrics.
    • Email: Regular status reports and communication.
    • Facebook: General updates, notifications, and insights.

2. Three-Tier Pricing Plans

Localised SEO offers three subscription-based pricing plans to fit your needs:

  • Starter Plan: $499/month with a $500 sign-up fee.
  • Advanced Plan: $699/month with a $300 sign-up fee.
  • Pro Plan: $1,098/month with a $1 sign-up fee.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Upfront Fee: A non-refundable one-time upfront fee is charged at signup to cover initial setup, optimization, and design work.
  • Monthly Fees: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, based on your chosen plan.
  • Payment Responsibility: Timely payments are required to maintain uninterrupted service. Late payments may lead to service suspension.

4. Prohibited Activities

To protect the quality and integrity of our services, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Reselling or Sharing Services: Sharing or reselling any services provided by Localised SEO to unauthorized parties.
  • Unauthorized Website Modifications: Interfering with or undoing SEO work completed by Localised SEO without prior consultation.
  • Content Misuse: Using content or updates provided by Localised SEO for unauthorized purposes outside the agreed project scope.

5. Updates and Communication

  • Progress Reports: Regular updates will be provided via email and our platform to keep you informed of progress on your website’s organic visibility and SEO performance.
  • Facebook Notifications: Clients may also receive insights and general updates through our Facebook communications.
  • Client Responsibility: You must ensure your contact information (email, Facebook, and account details) remains accurate and up to date to receive updates.

6. Suspension or Termination of Services

  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay the monthly subscription fee within 7 days of the due date will result in suspension of services until payment is made.
  • Policy Violations: Violations of this policy, including interfering with work performed or misuse of deliverables, may result in termination of services without refund.
  • Loss of Access: If services are terminated, any pending work or updates will be paused immediately.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Ownership Upon Payment: Once all payments (upfront and monthly fees) are completed, any website design, content, or SEO work performed becomes the property of the client.
  • Work in Progress: Until full payment is made, all work remains the property of Localised SEO and may not be used, copied, or transferred without consent.

8. Subscription Management

  • Cancellation: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however:
    • The upfront fee is non-refundable.
    • Payments for the current billing cycle will not be refunded.
  • End of Services: Upon cancellation, services will cease at the end of the current billing period.
